Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card or PayPal for the purchase. We ship most orders the same day the order is place (usually within 24 hours) to get them to you as fast as possible. All orders will receive a USPS tracking number in your shipment confirmation email once shipped. Yes, our silicone wristbands are completely waterproof and can be worn in all conditions including sports or even during sleep - they are designed for 24-hour per day wearability. Note that just like any item, continual wearing in the sun could effect the color of our wristbands and other products.

You can return or exchange any unused item within 7 days from the time you received your order. NOTE THAT THERE ARE NO INTERNATIONAL RETURNS, ONLY USA ORDERS. All items must be unworn and in the same, brand new condition with original packaging as it was when it was delivered. Amount refunded will be for the price of the product(s) only and will not include shipping costs. Orders that originally included free shipping will be refunded minus $4.99 for shipping costs (US ONLY).
